Easy way to manage journal information

The Journalspedia Publisher Portal (JPP) is now open for publishers, individual and society journals to manage their journal’s information for indexing in Journalspedia as well as in our associated recognized databases.

This publisher portal enables the publisher to maintain and update journal’s information time-to-time to be used by different databases to meet international indexing standards. Interested publishers may submit JPP Access Request Form.  This initiative will reduce the efforts and save the time of the publishers, indexing databases and everyone involved in the process.

Please note:

• Only journal publishers are allowed to access the publisher portal
• The allowed publisher will be authorized to submit evaluation request
• By registering with the Publisher Portal, you are confirming your authority to submit information on behalf of the publisher
• In order to fasten the evaluation process, we encourage electronic submission of journal information rather than hardcopies for evaluation purpose

Getting Access to the JournalsPedia Publisher Portal (JPP):

To get access of the Publisher Portal, the publisher’s representatives are directed to submit the “Access Request form” for further considerations and approvals. In that form you’ll be inquired about; the publisher’s name, physical address, phone number, website, your job title and a brief description of your role at the requesting publisher. The given information shall be used for account verification and association of user account to that particular publisher.

Please note:

• The account verification process is mandatory to ensure that only authorized representatives of the publishers can submit, manage and view the status of journals
• Access requests should not be sent by individual journal editors, editorial board members, or members of the research community
• Only email addresses of the publishing organization will be acceptable
• Requests submitted using alternative or generic email addresses (e.g.; @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com) will not be processed
• Your access request may be declined in case your identity or connection to the publisher cannot be verified according to the information provided in the Access Request Form.

On receipt of the Access Request Form, our verification team will review & verify the submitted information and activate the verified account immediately. This process may take more or less two weeks.
